Our Shipping Journey

At Village – The House of Food, we know you’re eager to get your hands on our crunchy Makhana. We treat every order like a gift from our home to yours, ensuring it arrives fresh, fast, and full of flavour.
1. From Our Pantry to Your Door (Processing Time)
We don’t let your snacks sit around!

Fast Prep: Most orders are packed and ready to go within 24 to 48 hours.

Freshness First: We ship Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the very next business day.
2. Where We Travel (Shipping Reach)
We currently deliver the “Village” experience across all of India.

City & Rural: From the busy streets of Delhi to the quietest corners of the country, we’ll find you.

Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our Village, we’ll send a Tracking Link to your WhatsApp/Email so you can follow its journey.
3. The Delivery Fee (Shipping Charges)
We keep it simple and fair:

Village Favorites: Standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Treat Yourself: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹999!

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes for a small additional handling fee.
4. Arrival Times (Estimated Delivery)
Once shipped, your Makhana should reach you within:

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Note: While we aim for speed, delays due to weather or festive rushes can occasionally happen—we appreciate your patience!
5. Address Accuracy
To ensure your snacks don’t get lost:

Please double-check your shipping address and Phone Number.

Our delivery partners will try to reach you three times. If the package is returned to us after three failed attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.
6. Damaged Shipments?
If your box looks like it’s had a rough journey:

Check it: Inspect the package upon arrival.

Report it: If the seal is broken or the box is damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours at feedback@villagecrunch.com. We’ll make it right!
